A portion of proceeds from the festival is distributed as grants to organizations and projects that enhance the quality of life in Haverford Township. The Haverford Township Music Festival is a family music festival that strengthens the cultural identify of Haverford Township and serves as the primary fundraiser for Haverford Township Music Festival. It is produced exclusively by the nonprofit organization Haverford Township Education, Arts & Music Society. This will be the first official Haverford Township Music Festival since the highly successful 2019 event headlined by Larry Campbell & Teresa Williams, and the only one scheduled for 2022. Donations can be made either at in advance or onsite. Voluntary donations to help keep the festival free will be greatly appreciated and gratefully accepted. The Haverford Township Music Festival is a free admission event funded solely through sponsorships and donations. There will be food vendors, beer gardens, children’s activities and much more end-of-summer fun for the entire family. Area businesses and vendors will fill booths along East Darby Road and Hathaway Lane. It will present a full day’s worth of entertainment, headlined by nationally renowned artists Joe Louis Walker, The Bongos and Debra Devi, and supported by numerous regional performers from throughout the Delaware Valley and beyond, on multiple stages near the intersection of Eagle and East Darby Roads in Havertown.
